We build the operating system for coordinated autonomy. It's the software that turns a fleet of independent machines into a single force under a single commander.
The machines are already here. Drones, ground vehicles, robotics, each one capable on its own and each one an island. The hard problem is at the fleet level. Getting a hundred of them to fight as one, and keeping them coordinated when everything is trying to tear them apart. That is the problem we exist to solve.
The advantage moved.
For a decade the edge came from owning better machines. That era is ending. Autonomous systems are cheap, plentiful, and everywhere now, so owning them isn't the advantage anymore. Commanding them is.
The force that wins is the one that takes whatever it has, makes it act as one, and keeps it coordinated under fire. We built the layer that does exactly that.
No center to lose.
Almost everyone else puts a hub in charge of the fleet. It's the obvious way to build it, and it's a fatal flaw. Find the hub, kill the hub, kill the force.
We built it the other way. Every unit carries the same command role, so there is no single machine an adversary can take out to bring the force down. Lose the unit running the mission and another takes over in stride. The mission never stops.
That same design is what carries the force through jamming, lost units, and severed links. Take down a quarter of the force and you lose about a quarter of the capability. The rest keeps fighting.

Northstrike Robotics is federally incorporated in Canada, and our platform is built so allied operators run it themselves, on their own infrastructure, answerable to no one else.
Coordinated autonomy is becoming one of the defining strategic capabilities of the next decade. We believe allied forces should own that capability outright. Not rent it, not depend on anyone else for it.
The force you already have.
The bigger prize isn't a new fleet. It's making the fleet an operator already owns work as one. The coordination layer is built for that future, and a universal integration module is now in development.
It will bring existing autonomous systems into a single force across vendors, air and ground. The aim is simple. The hardware an operator already invested in becomes part of a coordinated whole, under one commander, without ripping out and replacing what works.

The work ahead is putting it into operators' hands and extending it across the systems already in service. We're building deliberately, toward capability that holds up the day it's fielded.
